I am very lucky and blessed to have been afforded the opportunity to work as the National Business Agent for NALC Region 12. The privilege of working for the letter carriers in Region 12 is one of the greatest honors of my life. Each day that I work for you allows me to become more humble and appreciative of our letter carriers' hard work and dedication to the NALC.
I am truly honored and grateful to be a part of our family we call the National Association of Letter Carriers. I am proud to work side by side with all of you. It will take a team effort to move us forward.

Education and Training
Since becoming NBA, we have expanded the training offered to branch's throughout the years to include the grievance process, stewards' rights, the just cause principle, safety programs, retirement, OWCP, route inspections, LMOU, Steward Academy, and NEERMP training are primary subjects that we focus on during our training sessions we offer branches. During past two years, Region 12 has also published for branches on how to properly handle Reporting Requirements, Management Projections Tools (DOIS, PET, Auto Pivot), SPMs, and Telematic Data.
Organizing
Empowering Our Members
Region 12 organizing percentages are currently at 94.21% for all letter carriers. We continue to consistently be at the top of all the NALC regions with percent of members organized. I will continue to use resources to strengthen our efforts to ensure a strong presence presenting what our great union does for those it represents and explaining how the strength in numbers is important.
