As vice president of Branch 500 I had the absolute privilege to work with Brian. He was always available and able to give me guidance regardless of the situation. I worked with Brian Thompson while he was serving as one of our Regional Administrative Assistants  under David Napadano the (then) NBA for Region 12. If I had to describe Brian using only one word, it would be character. My personal experiences with Brian showed me that he is humble, honest, dedicated, hardworking, trustworthy and caring. Brian GENUINELY  CARES about our members and the issues they face. Additionally, Brian has developed an extensive knowledge of our collective bargaining agreement, as well as with countless arbitration decisions. I have known Brian for years, going back to when he was an RRA. Brian has always gone above and beyond for every letter carrier in his region. Brian continues to educate and train members on contractual issues and most importantly on legislative matters. I have worked closely with Brian on the New Jersey State Association of Letter Carriers to battle ongoing legislative issues. Brian covers a large geographical area between PA and Southern NJ and has never waivered on any of his commitments or duties to any branch or state association.

I have always called Brian Thompson’s office 3-5x a week for years. Brian and his top notch staff have been extremely helpful and have made me a much better branch president.
